Packaging Artwork Design for Custom Printed Boxes
We turn your brand assets, product information and approved box dieline into clear, production-ready packaging artwork. We coordinate panel layout, color intent, copy, barcodes and finishing layers before physical sampling and mass production.
Three Artwork Outputs to Approve Before Sampling
We prepare the visual and technical artwork before an assembled sample is produced. Each output answers a different approval question, from panel layout to the final files required for printing and finishing.
We place graphics, logo, product information and finishing areas onto the approved production dieline for complete panel review.
We turn the flat artwork into a digital packaging preview for reviewing front-panel impact, side panels and interior graphics.
We organize the approved print files, finishing layers, linked assets and revision identification for sampling and manufacturing.
The Checks We Perform on Every Print-Ready File
We prepare artwork for rigid boxes, folding cartons, corrugated mailers and paper gift bags across standard and specialty paper surfaces.
We carefully position every design element around the approved cut, crease, fold and glue information.

Our Packaging Artwork Design Process
We keep artwork development organized around four clear stages.
1
We collect your dieline, logo, brand guide, product copy, barcode, colors and finishing requirements.
2
We build the artwork on the approved dieline and prepare separate printing and finishing layers.
3
We provide 2D and digital 3D proofs, record your comments and update clearly numbered revisions.
4
After written approval, we prepare the production artwork package for sampling or manufacturing.
What should we send you to start?
We recommend sending your logo, brand guidelines, product copy, barcode files, reference images, color references, required finishes and approved box dieline.
Can you design packaging if we only have a logo and an idea?
Yes. We can develop an artwork direction from your logo, product information, reference images and preferred visual style.
Can you adapt our artwork to another box style?
Yes. We can adapt supplied artwork to a new approved dieline while preserving your visual identity and content hierarchy.
Do you create the box dieline?
We place artwork on an approved production dieline. If the structure is not finalized, our structural design team should develop it first.
Which file formats do you accept?
We prefer editable AI, EPS, PDF or SVG files for logos and graphics, together with approved high-resolution image files.
Can you manage multiple SKUs or languages?
Yes. We can create a master artwork system for different products, sizes, colors, flavors and language versions.
How do you manage packaging colors?
We define colors using agreed CMYK or Pantone references and consider how the selected paper and finish may affect the final appearance.
Can you prepare foil, embossing and spot UV files?
Yes. We create separate production layers for hot foil, embossing, debossing, spot UV and other specified finishes.
Do you verify regulated packaging information?
We review placement and visual readability. Customers must provide and approve all claims, warnings, ingredients and market-specific legal information.
When should we order a physical sample?
We recommend a physical sample when exact color, paper appearance, foil tone, embossing depth, wrapping alignment or product fit must be approved.
